I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location right on the beach was fantastic. The hotel facilities and cleanliness impressed me a lot. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable. Also, the hotel's breakfast was tasty and convenient.

The staff at the hotel were lovely. The best. They were very helpful. I could not be more happy and will certainly recommend this as a lovely place to stay. The rooms could be a bit niosy depending on your neighbours as they were clearly designed to be comfortable in hot weather. The food at the hotel was good decent Italian fayre. It is truly right on the beach. A very nice resort, Great range of restaurants and bar in the locality . Also a handy supermarket down the road. Take advantage of the bikes and cycle on the mainly flat roads. Just 15 minutes stroll to the main town of Numana , which is just wonderful. We had a great break and will go again

The owners are a wonderful family, always available and helpful. Excellent food, really clean.

The hotel description on their website does not match exactly the real experience - it is much simpler. It is however a wonderful place to have some rest - Carla, Andrea and the staff are lovely hosts that will make everything on their reach to make you feel welcome - even despite the difficulty with english. Food is excellent!

Staying at this hotel was a beach lover's dream come true. the location right on the shore made it easy to wake up and take a morning stroll, with the sand just steps away from my room. the breathtaking view of the sea from the balcony was another added advantage. the room provided all necessary amenities, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. the hotel staff offered top-notch customer service and the breakfast was tasty, just as I had hoped. the hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a family-friendly priced restaurant with delicious food.

Only one downside was that the hotel had limited parking space.

Me and three close friends (two of whom have over 65 years) stayed at the residence at the backend of our Italy tour so as not to need a vacation from our vacation. We all returned back to our homes and work as rested as possible. The residence proprietors and staff are like a family and they attract many young families. We felt close to everyone immediately. Of us four, I speak some italian, but we all felt a connection with the proprietors and their staff. They all went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The convenience of having a family friendly priced restaurant attached to and operated by the residence was appreciated. A stay at the residence is for all a terrific value which might be hard to reserve as word spreads.

We had direct access to the beach which was great. food was only Italian no english . The hotel was a Family hotel mainly italian young families. Owners were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

The only problem we had was that everything was an extra to the standard meal menu ie drinks a pudding etc. No prices given but the invoice was presented at the end of the stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable. The restaurant on-site had reasonable prices, and the food was delicious. It was conveniently located near local shops and transport.

The rooms were cramped and outdated. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor, and it lacked adequate amenities.
